JW PEI offers a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their sustainable fashion purchase through a streamlined exchange and refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original JW PEI box and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
